Procedures for submitting proposals for investment projects in Mozambique

  1. Proposal of the investment project, in Portuguese or English.
  2. Certified copies of BI or passport/DIRE of investors.
  3. Documents proving the legal existence of the investing company (Bylaws of the Company, Certificate of Commercial Registration).
  4. NUIT in the fiscal area of ​​the project location.
  5. Certificate of discharge, proving the tax and social security status (if applicable.
  6. Bank references or project financing guarantees.
  7. Financial statements of the last 3 years of each company proposing the project (if applicable).
  8. Topographic plan / sketch of project location.
  9. Title of the DUAT-Title of the Right to Use and Use Land or Facilities Lease Contract, if the Project so requires.
  10. Registration of the Investment Project with the Bank of Mozambique.
  11. Other Licenses, existing.
